D10?

I would love to be able to select a D10 over a D20 when rolling Initiative.

We dont play D20 games every time, Being able to use a D10 over a D20 would allow me to better use this program when running WFRP and BRP systems.

Second question,

I own Turn Watcher 1.1.m2osw6. Can I upgrade to the current version or do I need to repurchase?
